Considering the epic Mahabharat as a template for setting the stage and onslaught of war, mankind is always on the verge of balancing the sensitivity in-between trading parties if all relationships are looked as professional frontiers for service or goods exchange. The force of a country may reside in the materialistic goods it possesses, or the beauty of its artistic expression or retention of culture values favouring persistence of human dignity, honour and compassion above all. Every nation has its own armed forces, civil and health infrastructure, mafia or crime community which could check to channelize untoward elements in society in a least destructive outlet possible.

As per my understanding of the epic, Mahabharat war started due to unyielding ego of the one in power (Duryodhan) who refused to allot the Panadavas basic necessities of livelihood even after they completed redemption of their punishment for losing a gambling verdict. Since the idea of justice was skewed as per the personal perspectives of the characters in play, balancing individual sensibilities was dropped in favour of directing saturated rage against a purported enemy. Every human being, even though the most sentient creatures on the planet, has their limit to sustain pain. After a breaking point which could vary as per every individual, life forces you to drop your burdens for self-sustenance.

Every individual, if considered as a unit of society, has responsibilities towards his/her circle of personal and professional relations. How diverse is an individual’s understanding of his/her actions creates ripples in their surrounding which inevitably guides their energies accordingly. Individuals having the highest sensitivity to physical or emotional pain or paramount understanding of human nature guide elements in their environment for the sustenance of self and the community.

The pull and push in the tug of war in-between communities comprising of similar ideologies affects the ecological balance of trade. In today’s power-play of knowledge warfare where data is considered to be fool’s gold, one man’s trash could be another man’s treasure. Since data determines the value of a particular asset to a community or an individual, the efforts utilized by the particular community or individual in order to claim the asset channelizes energies for interconnected communities in society for driving their livelihood. A diplomat businessman seeking a customized suit for a meeting relies on the tailor who in turn relies on the cotton farmer who in turn relies on the quality yield of his farm. On successful negotiation of the meeting, exchanged goods like education tools or scientific apparatus may help the family of the farmer for better yield and further educate the children in his family through the availability of computer or internet facilities. Although this is an idealistic picture but an overall understanding dynamics of trade affairs drives the cogs of society’s welfare towards a sustainable future for humanity.

Digital media has ensured that the horrors of human crimes and war are visible in every household having access to internet or any electronic medium. Thus repercussions of justice disposed towards personal vendetta or flattening international or civil terror activities or corporate tyranny is inevitably faced by all elements in society directly or indirectly either physically or psychologically or worse, both. The circle of life comes whole for every individual, so the idea of war whether at a materialistic or a spiritual level concurrently affects the community and in-turn affects all interconnected businesses.

Unending analysis could lead to a paralysis of understanding so study of enlightenment ultimately stops at pointing the source of creation in an unfathomable eternal silence. But in order to rationalize reality in compartments of materialistic and emotional needs of an individual for wholesome contentment and sustenance, society relies on pricing perceived required goods to a definite mathematical value so that there is a minimum intended flow of action and trade. If every individual stagnates in a realm of bliss, mankind would face certain self-oblivion for no one would be inclined to take efforts. So a calculated amount of chaos is as essential to the harmony of society as the contentment of an individual. The only question which any scientist or philosopher should answer is how much chaos can you unleash from your conscience?

Oh ye of those with lesser demands!

Who builds dreams on all forsaken sands.

What good is your craft if everything is a toy?

Will you value life when it snatches your joy!?
